These Terms explain what you can expect on Vibyly and what we expect from members — clear rules so you can meet people safely, confidently, and with respect.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vibyly. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Rules of Conduct

Vibyly values authenticity. It is prohibited to: (a) Create fake profiles or use third-party photos; (b) Harass, attack, or intimidate any user; (c) Send spam or malicious links; (d) Conduct unauthorized commercial activities. Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

4. User Content

You maintain ownership of the content you post on Vibyly. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer optional Premium features. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vibyly facilitates connections but is not responsible for the behavior of users, including offline interactions. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, and design (excluding user content) are the property of Vibyly and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
