Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)

Zero Tolerance for CSAE / CSAM

Vibyly maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping our platform safe and actively work to prevent, detect, and remove any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. Any user found sharing, promoting, or requesting such material will have their account immediately and permanently terminated.

In-App Reporting Mechanism

We empower our users to help keep the community safe. Vibyly provides dedicated in-app reporting tools. Users can easily report any profile, message, or content directly within the app by selecting the "Report" option and choosing the appropriate safety concern. All reports regarding child safety are prioritized and reviewed immediately by our moderation team.

Reporting to Authorities

In compliance with international and regional laws, Vibyly actively reports any instances of CSAE/CSAM to the appropriate national and international authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement. We fully cooperate with legal investigations to ensure offenders are held accountable.
